• 3+ years of experience in household products/department store sales management

• Strong leadership & execution skills

• Ability to travel frequently

• Familiarity with Kariakoo market & nationwide sales channels (preferred)

• Existing customer base (advantage)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales strategies

• Lead and train sales teams

• Expand market reach and maintain client relationships

• Monitor sales performance and report to management

2. Sales Representatives (5 Positions)

Requirements:

• Fluent in English & Swahili

• 2+ years of experience in FMCG sales

• Experience in kitchenware/household products sales (preferred)

• Hardworking, adaptable, and willing to travel

• Familiarity with Kariakoo market (advantage)

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products

• Meet sales targets and expand customer base

• Conduct market research and report findings

• Provide excellent customer service

3. Showroom Salesperson (Female, 22-35 Years Old)

Requirements:

• Good appearance and professional demeanor

• Fluent in English & Swahili

• 1+ year experience in sales (kitchenware/household products preferred)

• Lively, presentable, and customer-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in the showroom

• Demonstrate product features

• Maintain showroom presentation

• Achieve sales targets
